What is your refund policy?

The 7-day trial lets you test everything first. If something is wrong after purchase, contact support@ledgemac.com and refunds are handled case by case.

Q: Why not just Maccy plus Dropover?

Q: How do I pay from Vietnam?

Choose bank transfer at checkout and scan the VietQR code with any Vietnamese banking app. The license key is emailed automatically once the transfer arrives.

Q: Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Card and PayPal orders get an automatic receipt from Lemon Squeezy, with VAT invoices available from the receipt page. For bank-transfer orders, contact support.

Q: What permissions does Ledge need?

What happens when the trial ends?

Capturing pauses until you enter a license key. Everything you already saved stays fully browsable and draggable. Your data is never held hostage.

Which Macs does Ledge run on?

Any Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout emails you a license key — paste it in Settings once (that step needs internet) and Ledge works offline from then on. We don't create an account for you.

Can I use one license on two Macs?
